Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-business-day return policy, which means you have 7 business days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in (1) the same condition that you received it, (2) unworn or unused, (3) with tags, and (4) in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

 

Exchanges
We allow exchanges only within 7 days provided that the customer will shoulder all shipping cost. Upon approval, ship the item/s back within 3 business days. Failure to do so will forfeit the request.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
